Select "Free Vault Storage" at checkout rather than delivery. We will contact you then to collect some further details. We then provide you with a VIP account whereby you can start buying and vaulting online automatically. You will be given a Vault ID.
Press Add to Cart on product pages, proceed to checkout (notice the discounts, no shipping etc) we will then add the coin to vault and share you digital videos and photos. The item will be vaulted in your order history
Vaulting is Free. Unlimited gold and silver in our vaults for life. That is part of our offering for every gold or silver bought - no matter the quantity.
Yes. We send photo confirmation of your coins upon arrival at the vault and a video with a digital certificate reference (always available in your order history)
Yes. You can via your order history page. Simply select "Withdraw" - we then request delivery receipt, simply fill in your delivery details and we will ship the coins.
Yes. You can stop your subscription or request delivery at any time. Simply select "Cancel Vault" in your account page. If you have gold or silver already in the vault, we will arrange to have it shipped to you first.
Yes. Your gold is securely stored in Dubai’s insured, private vaulting facility. We have private vaults with vendors here in Dubai. All coins are IMC certified.
